"I was fairly convinced that only I would know how to do my makeup and understand my skin (and I can be quite picky!). But my hair and makeup trial with Susie came out just like I wanted it! After walking around the full day to 'test' the staying power, I loved the outcome and I still looked like me, but better.
On the wedding morning, it was a full room (with my four bridesmaids, photographer and parents), yet Susie worked around this very well. I was a nervous wreck and had very little sleep the night before; she made me feel relaxed and comfortable.
I was so proud to show off my look walking down the aisle and I got so many compliments! Susie uses good quality products, has a great eye for detail and translates ideas into the perfect look. She is also enjoyable to work with (especially considering how close to my face she needed to get!). Even though I only had a brief idea of what I wanted before my trial, Susie designed a stunning wedding day look which I loved! Her suggestion of wearing red lipstick matched our scheme so well, that a month before the wedding we decided to add red to the groom's and groomsmen's outfits.
On the morning of the wedding Susie was calm and reassuring and made the bridal preparations fly by!
